Calling begins according to the project planning time line - based on number of hours to be completed between receipt of project file components, project preparation and the event date.

Essential Project file components required prior to project confirmation include: event details, calling list, contract and payment.
 
Project preparation includes customized data base set up, scheduling your calling team, script writing.

• It is strongly advised to avoid scheduling an event close to your national holidays.
• We accept short notice projects based on feasibility.
• Typically, the larger the list, the more planning is required.

Three to Four weeks ahead of the event is a comfortable window for essential file components delivery to consultant.

Event Success returns the project report to the Client company - 2-5 days ahead of the event - depending on event start date, synch with mailing and final call dates. The in-house team then does follow up and coordinates special service as required.  See Planning Grid on your quote.
